Aircraft Technicians Inc. was built in Miami around a problem every maintenance operation knows: good technicians are hard to find, and harder to keep.
Our candidates are handpicked. We test the work rather than the resume, and we serve commercial and military operations alike — the standard does not move between them.
Today more than 100 technicians work under ATI at client facilities across four states, from South Florida to the Midwest.
What we handle
You get the technician. We carry the rest.
Wages, Social Security and unemployment run entirely through ATI. You receive one invoice.
Carried by us on every technician on assignment, so you take on no added exposure.
Drug testing, five-year background check and a hands-on skills evaluation, all finished before anyone arrives.
Every technician is brought current on industry developments before their first shift.

Every technician completes an extra training step during hiring, before being assigned. It is where we bring people current on where the industry is now, not where it was when they trained.
It costs us time on every placement. It is also why our people arrive ready instead of getting up to speed on the client's clock.
